1) What is it? The competition consists of two stages - a preliminary round and a finals round. Working in teams of four, we will send you a case and your team will have five days to prepare a 10 minute analysis of the provided company to a panel of industry judges. We are currently finalising the list of judges, with industry leaders set to feature.

2) Keen? For those interested , the SPC provides a key platform for recruitment into the UAIC Investment Committee.

3) Worried? Don't know anything about stocks? We encourage everyone to attend the SPC tutorial which is combined with the Investing 101 event on Monday April 11th at 6pm. The Chairman of the Investment Committee and his Senior Analysts will discuss what elements should feature in your qualitative and quantitative analysis. This is a competition for all levels of experience and skill; provide a coherent, well-organised and interesting pitch and you could take out the prize.

3) What's in it for me? Top three teams from the preliminary round will compete in the finals round for the first prize of $500. Prizegiving is also opened to all with FREE BEERS, WINES and TOTO'S PIZZA.

4) When? Both Preliminary Round and Final Round on Thursday April 21st 9am - 8pm.
